PROCare

Procares original idea was to create a one stop shop and showroom, displaying products from all the leading manufactures. Now, over a decade later they have grown from a small regional company to a nationwide business that is recognised throughout the industry for the quality and the service it provides. 

They supply their own, UK manufactured, PROCare branded Shower Trays, Wet Floor Formers, Shower Curtains, and Bespoke Shower Doors which carry their unique guarantees and after sales support. Procare also stocks products from leading manufacturers such as Mira Advanced Flex Showers, Astor Bannerman Track Hoists.

The challenge

As an environmentally conscious business, Wigan-based PROCare was keen to achieve ISO status in both quality and environmental management.

The company upholds stringent policies in these areas and wanted to promote an ethical stance on the green agenda. PROCare is committed to conserving resources and materials through the implementation of waste minimisation programmes and by encouraging the use of recycled materials where appropriate.

How we helped / Results

Mark 1 were pleased to provide Consultancy to Procare for the implementation of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, along with using our Management Software Titan. They have since been successful with re-certification assessment, and continue to make use of the Titan system to remain compliant.  

Our business is dependent on robust processes and outstanding products so it was natural for us to seek ISO accreditation. Working with Mark 1 gave us the direction and support we needed to achieve the standard. We are dedicated to sustaining this now and building on this success.
